i need help getting my handicraft skill from c to b only 1 problem i dont know where to get fine bolt head's or finest arrow head's manuals.i have already checked the wiki and it had no info on it.please help or advise.

These have not yet been released. No idea when the due date for them is either.
Right now you're kinda stuck with w/e else can be made for that rank.
Fine Handmade Bandages is really all you can make for rank A handicraft.
Requires common fabric, typically can be purchased from town's general stores. Even with the cost of Common fabrics from NPC's I find that Fine Handmade Bandages are more cost-effective than regular bandages.

yes but if also look at it says u obtain at r b so my only choice would be to make wopod boards but the supplies are harder for me to get
